Looking for a campervan conversion in Auckland? At Travel Cars NZ, we offer affordable campervan conversions for small vehicles, from station wagons to long-wheelbase models.
- Conversions must be booked at least five days in advance, and we will prepare your campervan within two working days. We can also certify the vehicle as self-contained.
💰 Conversion Prices (By Model)
The price for campervan conversions depends on the vehicle you bring to us. Here’s a simple breakdown:
- Station Wagons (e.g., Toyota Wish, Mazda Premacy, Nissan La Festa, and similar-sized vehicles): 💰 $2,500
- Station Wagons (People Movers) (e.g., Toyota Estima, Toyota Voxy, Nissan Serena, and similar-sized vehicles): 💰 $3,500
- Vans (Short Wheelbase) (e.g., Mazda Bongo, Nissan Vanette, and similar-sized vehicles):💰 $3,500
- Vans (Long Wheelbase) (e.g., Toyota Hiace, Nissan Caravan, Mitsubishi L300, and more): 💰 $4,500
🎯 We can also convert any vehicle with a frame to fit a mattress for 💰 $650 — including car seat removal and disposal.
🏕 What About Self-Contained Certification?
We can certify any car, so if you need the certification there will be an extra cost of $350.

- Ideal for: 2 people
- Possible to (as an extra): Second battery kit with 22L fridge.
3⃣ Vans (Long Wheel Base)
- Models like: Toyota HIACE, Nissan Caravan, Kia Pregio, Mitsubishi L300, and more.
- Ideal for: Up to 3 people
- Possible to (as an extra): Second battery kit with a fridge at the front.
⚡ Extras We Offer in Any Campervan Conversion
You can also upgrade your campervan with a few optional extras before you collect it.
Available upgrades include:
- Second battery kit with a 100Ah deep cycle battery, 500W inverter, 12V socket, USB and USB-C charging ports, and full installation.
- 22L portable fridge.
- Roof awning for extra shade.
- Roof racks for carrying extra gear.
- Roof box for more storage space.
All extras can be installed while we convert your campervan, so it will be completely ready from day one.
